The HR Supervisor assist the HR Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment, Organizational Development (HRTL and Staff), Employee Relations (employee discipline) and HR Admin deliverables are met across all business units. She is also responsible in making sure that the HR TL follows, disseminate and implement religiously the policies and procedures set by the company.
