Job description:
- With vast knowledge and skillset in the Human Resources Management and Development including but not
limited to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Labor Management, Training and
Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits.
- Responsible for spearheading the recruitment and talent acquisition from job posting, screening, selection and
placement for the company-wide job vacancies.
- Reviews, develops and implements HR policies, procedures and program which fosters and upholds professional
and personal growth, ethical and morally upright attitude based on the existing company’s rules and regulations
and core values.
- Responsible for disciplining erring employees by administering due process from conducting preliminary
investigations, preparation and issuance of showcase notice, facilitation of the administrative hearing and
preparation of the notice of decision.
- Responsible for overseeing service providers including but not limited to manpower agencies, canteen
concessionaire, janitor services, security services and shuttle services, ensuring efficient and systematic
approach and services are meet at all times.
- Ensures legal compliances on the labor law standard, ISO requirement and government regulations.
- Supervise the HR team members to ensure efficient operations of the department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science or Business-related course.
- With at least 3-5year extensive work experience in leading and handling various areas of HR Management in a
semiconductor or manufacturing company.
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and programs that will support
the needs of the organization.
- Knowledgeable of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate with people at all levels, good judgment and integrity, maintain high level of confidentiality,
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS applications.
