  • For a multinational telecommunication industry


    1. Graduate of BS Psychology and any Human Resource related
    2. Knowledgeable in Labor Law is an advantage
    3. Proficient in MS Office
    4. Excellent communication skills, flexible, and has ownership.
    5. Able to multi- task and can work with minimum supervision.
    6. Should have 5 years experience in Human resource
    7. Has strong personality and can handle pressure
    8. Candidate has knowledge in all HR Facets.

    9. Work experience in Human Resource as Supervisory Level is highly required.

    10.At least minimum of 3-5 years experience in one company as Generalist or Supervisor is an advantage
    11.Previously works on Telecommunication or Network company is an advantage but not required.

    Job Summary

    -Conducts the Orientation for newly hired employees;
    -Responsible to assist in the New Hire On-Board process, from the check-in of the new employee to endorsement to the assigned department;
    -Keeps the daily monitoring of attendance record and provides copy to the agency partner to implement disciplinary action, if necessary;
    -Maintains employee information, including the compensation record and updates status change information, if necessary;
    -Prepares manpower reports and ensure that date are complete and accurate;
    -Coordinates with the agency partners on any approved manpower requests and updates the Management on the progress of the vacancies; If deem necessary, posts or/and source our other means to get qualified candidates;
    -Conducts interviews of RnF and technical skilled candidates; Does initial screening interview for supervisory and managerial positions;
    -Close coordination with the agency partners for the distribution of the DAS to all staff; Checks the DAS summary endorsed by the agency partners before endorsement to the HR Manager for final review; Ensures that the DAS are complete and approved by the Management in a timely manner to avoid delays in the payroll release;
    -Requests each cut off the payroll summary of the agencies to help out addressing any payroll queries of the staff;
    -Ensures that all resigned employees have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject for last pay deduction;
    -Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
    -Checks billings endorsed by the agency partners or/and other suppliers before endorsement for approval and payment request. Ensures the data are complete and accurate. If needed, recommends corrective actions for any discrepancies;
    -Coordinates with the HMO and life insurance for any queries or assistance needed by the staff;
    -Prepares certificates or awards for employee’s recognition;
    -Coordinates with the agency partners for all the mandatory benefits concerns of the staff; any forms submitted by the employees must be submitted to the agency partners
    -Assists in the implementation of the HR policies; accompanies the HR Manager in the routine area visit;
    -Assists in the design, development and delivery of the strategic and operation of the HR services in the project;
    -Assists that HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, practices and procedures, and ensures compliance of all staff.
