    Facilitate the exit process

    Conduct exit interviews

    Send out exit report

    Employee Relations

    Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies and procedures.

    Provide labor relations advise to employees

    Draft and issuance of memos (Notice to Explain/Show Cause memo, Notice to Administrative Hearing, Notice of Decision, coaching plans, corrective action forms)

    Requirements

    Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

    Ability to form a working relationship with people at all levels

    Highly organized and good at time management

    Good interpersonal skills

    Attentive to detail and be able to self-audit own work.

    Independent, self-starter who can work with speed and accuracy.

    Strong ethics and reliability

    General knowledge of employment laws and best practices

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

    At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
