  • A. Recruitment:

    Job Positng

    Facilitate Examination (Written and Hands-On)

    Conducts Initial Interview

    Conducts Background / Employment verification prior to hiring

    Facilitate requirements of applicants

    Prepares appointment/contracts, etc.

    B. Conducts Orientation for Newly Hired Employees

    C. Biometric Registration for Newly Hired Employees

    D. Prepares Daily Attendance (must be proficient in biometric time-keeping)

    E. Prepares DTR for payroll purposes thru Biometric

    F. Coordinate with the Engineering dept. all concerns for repair and maintenance.

    G . Prepares Monthly Report:

    Newly Hired Employees

    Resigned /Awol Employees

    Statistics of Applicants

    Manpower

    ** Attend to employee inquiries

    ** Act as intermediary /coordinator

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
