HR Training and Development Administrator

Offer description
1. Updating of Training Master Plan.
2. Coordinate with the department head / manager regarding the training needs of employees.
3. Conduct Training Needs Assessment.
4. Manage the training activities of employees: budget requisition, training program, and evaluation of effectiveness of the training.
5. Monitoring and management of all OJTs / student trainees.
6. Monitoring of all cadet engineers under Cadet Engineer Program of BBCI.
7. Report generation related to training per:
o Employee
o Department
o Position Level
o Others.
8. Coordinating with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
9. Ensuring employees receive company mandated and or government mandated required training / orientation.
10. Assist the HR for designing and assessing training program intended for employees.
11. Do other ad hoc tasks related to training & development.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
