  • Job Summary

    Conducts Training Needs Analysis

    Plans, develops and facilitates training programs to develop skills, knowledge and behavior

    Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques

    Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

    Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent

    At least 3 years of working experience in Training is required for the position.

    Must be knowledgeable in creating modules and facilitating training programs

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Must be computer literate and adept to Powerpoint Presentation.

    Willing to work for extended hours, and on Holidays as the need arises
