Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Human Resources or Psychology.

Experience in training & development, HR process, Company Events or HR Projects.

1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource.

With excellent organization and problem solving skills.

With good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Administering regular soft skill training for employees.

Organizing & schedule training events, and request training budget.

Conducts company orientation and onboarding of employees.

Handles loans reporting and monitoring.
