Skills and Work Experience:

Must-Have:

· 3 to 6 years of work experience to post a master’s degree, of which significant experience is in the Human Resource transformation space

· Fundamental understanding of the HR domains across the value chain and an awareness of key trends in the talent & organization world

o Cloud / Digital HR

o HR Process

o HR Diagnostics / Analytics

o HR Technology

o Workforce Planning

o Talent Management including Recruitment, Performance Management, Competency Modelling, Career Framework, Reward Design, Strategic Role Assessment, etc.

· Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across a diverse set of organizations

· Desired knowledge of HRIT and ERP (Oracle/SAP/Workday)

· Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes

· Working experience with international clients is desirable

Responsible:

· Support the solutioning and design of projects with a variety of global clients

· Manage project delivery while engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at the client site or otherwise

· Practice in developing the client base under the offering and work on business development and research initiatives

Reporting Structure:

Individual Contributor

Will directly report to a Manager or Senior Manager

Additional Information for the role:

Location: Manila, WFH, travel outside PH (SG/KL/ID/HK/CN/JP)

Shift: Flexible schedule, 8hrs/day

Facility: Laptop
