  • HRAD MANAGER

    Qualifications:

    Filipino who can speak fluently in Japanese and conversational in English

    JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree

    Male or Female

    TESDA Trainer’s Methodology Certificate is an advantage

    Has experience as Japanese Teacher/Instructor

    Native or near-native fluency of the Japanese language is an advantage

    Has experience as Liason officer and Administrator is an advantage

    Processing of 9G Visa and Alien Employment Permit is required

    10 years experience as HRAD Manager is required

    Oversee recruitment, selection and placement, manpower planning, control and coordination with business owners, shareholders, business partners, and authorities.

    Prepare, maintain and update employee record, agreements and contracts.

    Coordinate with finance and payroll Master

    Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to timeJob Objective

    Developing and executing the company’s business strategies for sustainable and viable growth of the company

    Provide strategic advice and recommendation to the board and chairperson

    Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements

    Ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.

    Regular Duties and Responsibilities

    Communicate and maintain trust relationships with the business owners, shareholders, business partners, and authorities.

    Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

    Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

    Process 9G Visa and Alien employment for the Japanese

    Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

    Designs and implements administrative policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments, and; devise ways to streamline processes.

    Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

    Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

    Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

    Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

    Monitors company’s costs and expenses.

    Manages schedules and deadlines.

    Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and marketing.

    Develops inventory control and monitoring system of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.

    Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Provide solutions to problematic situations and occurrences to ensure company survival and growth

    Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions

    Support the teaching lessons/courses being offered by the company and/or in absence of teachers (as discussed and initiated by the employee during the interview)

    Additional functions may be essential as designated by the immediate superior and/or top management.
