• •Graduate of Psychology, Business Human Resource Management, or any related course: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration is an advantage.

    •With at least five (5) years of work experience as Human Resource Manager; and/or 6 to 10 years as Senior Supervisor

    •Adept in Labor Law, and Organizational Development. Responsibilities: - Develop and implements strategies and initiative aligned with the overall Vision, Mission, Values (VMV)

    •Formulates and implements polices programs concerning Recruitment and Placement, Training and Development, Employee and Relations, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Organizational Development (OD).

    •Assists the Human Resource Director in preparing Strategies, Planning Workshop and related Programs.

    •Ensures the hiring of qualified manpower at the right time. -Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and design training program based on the result of TNA and competency gap.

    •Overseas the preparation of documents for Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regarding to compliance to Labor Standards and Safety Requirements based on prescribed timelines.
