Offer description
Manages all HR/Administrative functions of the company including recruitment, grievance handling, resignations, purchasing procedures and ensures strict implementation of company policies and code of conduct. Ensures compliance to all government mandated requirements. Establishes and implements HR & Administrative guidelines which are aligned with other departments. Plans strategic process flow of procedures with regards to HR & Administrative matters. Handles preparation of Employee Performance Appraisal and Competency assessment summary as basis of Training Program. Attends to problem relative to employee relations, procurement and other administrative matter.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Language(s): English
