  • Job Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Human Resource Management

    2. With at least 1 year of experience in related field

    3. With excellent communication and written skills

    4. With ability to analyze and revise administrative practices to improve efficiency

    5. Willing to do fieldwork and must be a people-person

    6. Require strong computer (MS Office) and internet skills.

    7. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required

    8. Detailed Oriented

    9. Project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and outside clients and vendors

    10. Dedicated in completing tasks in a timely manner

    11. Can work without supervision

    12. Can start immediately and willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Well adept in HR Functions

    2. Liaise with government agencies (BIR, HDMF, Philhealth, SSS)

    3. Liaise with Legal Compliance (Business Permit, FSIC, LTO Registration)

    4. With background in handling Employee Relation

    5. Recruiting Staff; facilitating pre-employment examination and conducting initial interview

    6. Update and maintain the 201 employee records and internal database

    7. Purchase and monitor the inventory of office supplies

    8. Timekeeping

    9. Prepares Employee’s Monthly Payroll

    10. Create Memorandums

    11. In-charge in preparing and filing HR and Administrative documents

    12. Arrange travel accommodations

    13. Facilitate and keep minutes for weekly meeting and quarterly meeting

    14. Organizing company event and activities

    15. Pick-up incoming calls, assist visitors.

    16. Other responsibilities may include coordinating the submission of proposal, planning meetings, maintain the department database records.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Decision making, Management, Time Management, Commercial skills / Networking, Innovation, Legal, Leadership, Organisation, Recruiting, Human Resources, Writing, Problem Solving
