Plant Facility

Eurotiles Industrial Corporation, is a manufacturer of Philippine ceramic tiles that carry the brand name EUROTILES SUPERIOR CERAMIC TILES. The corporation was registered on June 1989 and started operation in 1992.

Plant Facility
The company’s 6.5-hectare plant facility is located at Silang, Cavite, 39 kilometers south of Manila. The plant is capable of producing up to 15,000 square meters of white-bodyceramic tiles daily. Operation is 24 hours per day with around 500 employees on rotating shifts. On hand are generator sets for continuous power supply. Production of ceramic tiles is batch-type on a straight line automated set-up, incorporating German and Italian technology.
The plant started to produced Superior Tile Adhesive (25 kg) and Eurotiles Superior Tile Grout (2 kg and 5 kg bags) on July 2002. Another brand of adhesive was introduced on July 2003: MATRIX (20 kg) to cater the price-conscious end-users. Porcelain Tile Adhesive (25 kg) was also introduced last March 2014 toserve the need of those clients that use Porcelain tiles and other huge floor and wall tiles. Another dry mix product was produced last 2015, the Eurotiles Skimcoat Superfine.

To cater the wide variety of sizes and usage of tiles, granite, natural stones, etc. Eurotiles presented this year (2017) Eurotiles Heavy Duty Tile Adhesive and S1 Premium Flexible Tile Adhesive.

Every production batch of tile adhesive is tested for pull-off strength using state of the art electronically-calibrated testing machines with digital read-outs to guarantee the market of its high quality outputs.

The Silang plant complex also houses the administrative offices, a dormitory with mess hall, clinic, carpentry, motor pool, and other auxiliary service units, with provisions for expansion. The Sales Office is located in Ortigas Business Center, Pasig City.
