a. Talent Acquisition

Ensures continuous supply of manpower, based on organizational needs, through effective sourcing strategies and talent screening.

b. Employee and Labor Relations

Ensures harmonious work environment through the formulation of programs and initiatives that promote work-life balance, employee satisfaction, and a sound labor environment.

c. Learning and Development

Ensures the identification and implementation of developmental programs for employees in order to address competency and skill up requirements of the organization.

d. Salary and Benefits Planning and Administration

Ensures an up-to-date and accurate in-house data and proposition for salary and benefits.

e. Timekeeping and Payroll

Ensures timely and accurate processing of attendance and payroll

f. Performance Evaluation

Ensures a system of performance evaluation is in place to address the organization and employee’s needs for performance feedback mechanism

g. Administrative Services

Ensures timely and efficient delivery of administrative services to the organization, which includes but not limited to, canteen management, transportation and shuttle management, and security administration

h. Other tasks such as:

Decision-Making

Disciplinary procedures

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology or related field.

Must have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Human Reources Management

Experience in Manufacturing industry is a plus

Requirements

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
