  • - Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a great company to work for.

    - Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise staff, process and client reports.

    - Maintaining a smooth onboarding process, training, counseling and coaching of our staff.

    - Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

    - Carrying out necessary administrative duties, conducting performance and wage reviews including the creation of the necessary documentation

    - Conduct performance and compensation/benefits review

    - Provides advice and recommendations on basic employee concerns

    - Giving helpful and engaging presentations and explanations of internal processes and best practices.

    - Propose, review, approve and implement employee engagement activities

    - Handling disciplinary investigations and contract termination procedures.

    - Design user-friendly processes, workflows, guidelines, and documentation

    - Team payroll and weekly/monthly hours check Supervision of the HR budget and advising the management team on possible optimization

    - Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements.

    - Leading the admin team.

    - Participation in the meetings & discussions with the Clients to identify the best talents fitting the requirements Clients onboarding

    - Thorough understanding of company services, identifying client needs and recommending/upselling adequate solutions.

    - Regular feedback sessions with Clients & their staff to provision and facilitate possible challenges in their remote journey.

    - Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

    - Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.

    - Handle HR reports and communications to employees and both internal and external stakeholders

    - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

    - Maintains, updates and organizes employee and company records

    - Facilitates company and government-mandated benefits

    - Organizes company events

    - Monitors staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and demeanor

    - Provides information and assistance in priority tasks and projects

  • Years of experience: 4

  • Knowledge: Management, Leadership, Human Resources
