  • Job Description:

    Responsible for employee onboarding including an audit of pre-employment requirements, preparation of contracts, facilitate orientation activities, post-employment/clearance of all resigning personnel. Assist in the preparation of all DOLE’s Department Order 174 registration, reportorial requirements, and compliance requirements in a timely and appropriate manner. Also, assist in the preparation of all DOLE and/or NLRC presentation of evidence as required as well as assistance to all audit requirements (any third party) including but not limited to preparation and submission of reports, coordination with internal personnel, etc.



    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must be Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

    • Organized, flexible, keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

    • Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, has knowledge in Excel and other MS Office Applications.

    • At least 1-year HR-related work experience is an advantage but not required

    • Willing to work in Makati City.
