 Develops individual target and assign
territories for team members
 Drives and ensures the sales team to

 Assists with the implementation of new

new clients
 Develops sales strategies in line with
company objectives
 Motivates and leads the sales team to
attain 100% of committed sales team goal
 Establishes, maintains and expands current
customer base
 Prepares timely sales reports
 Provides timely feedback on group
performance

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
