  • JOB CONTENT

    General Function
    Supports human resources department by preparing payroll, orienting newly hired employees; administering employee benefit programs.

    Job Role
    *Manages payroll of employees; maintaining records.
    *Manages fringe benefits of employees like SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF by making accurate and on time remittances of employees’ mandatory benefits.
    *Maintains human resources records by recording vacation, sick and other forms of leaves.
    *Coordinates with HR Recruitment and Placement Spec. for the recording of newly hired employees and merit increases.
    *Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
    *Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
    *Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
    *Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as need.
    *Should be knowledgeable of HRIS
