    Employee Relations

    • Update HR Company policies and comply with labor laws

    • Settle incident reports, creating memos by imposing disciplinary or corrective action

    • Coaching, counselling, and consultation to management and employees

    • Ensures strict observance of company policies and inform everyone for all updated policies

    • Monitors employee performance improvement plan

    • Evaluate the performance of employees for regularization, promotion, demotion, or transfer

    • Maintaining and revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

    Data Records

    • Responsible for the maintenance of employee’s individual 201 files with confidentiality

    • Issue appointment letters, employment contracts, certifications, prepare internal memos and other internal communications

    • Make sure to conduct exit interview and provide clearance form to separating employees

    Training and Development

    • Plan and administer training and development programs for employees and development plans

    • Create HR programs for efficient and conflict-free workplace


    • Coordinate closely with immediate heads pertaining to employee’s behavior under their watch

    • Updates company organizational chart up to date

    • Plan and Initiates company events

    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge updates for Human Resources by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies regarding Human Resources

    • Performs other related jobs that may be assigned

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 5
