Offer description

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education

• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

• Overseeing and reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

• Updating job requirements when needed

• Contacting applicants character references

• Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education

• Covering all legal compliance for human resource requirements (ex. DOLE, BIR)

• Maintaining employee records and paperwork

• Preparation of semi-monthly payroll payout of employees

• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company

• Representing employer in community and recruiting events

• Overseeing social events

• Performing administrative / IT tasks (ex. Preparation of Laptop for new employees) and other tasks deemed necessary

Job Qualification

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business or related field

2. Candidate must have at least 3-5years experience in the related position

3. Candidate must be willing to work in Pasig City

4. Prioritizing, time management and organization skills

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

7. Goal-oriented, organized team player

8. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

9. Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

10. Able present company mission and history clearly and confidently

11. Great “people-person” skills and professional attitude
