     At least 3 years in a Managerial or Senior Supervisory capacity

     Preferably familiar with Security Management

     With extensive network with Human Resources Management practitioners and Human Resources Management organizations

     In a high technology PEZA registered export manufacturing enterprise

     Preferably in a Japanese organization

    • Proven Leadership, People Handling and Communications Skills

    • Team player, results-oriented, change agile
