  • The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

    a. Recruitment (end to end process) - job posting, setting of interview schedule, assisting in interview process and orientation and training for newly hired employees
    b. Ensuring timely compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig reports and/or remittances of contributions
    c. Maintaining HR files and databases
    d. Time keeping, recording of attendance
    e. Accomplishes staff results by communications job expectations, plans and monitor and appraises job results; coaches, counsel and discipline employees
    f. Monitor compliance with Employee Handbook
    g. Record, compile, and distribute memos, records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
    h. Assisting in day to day operations of HR functions and duties

    Requirements:
    a. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, psychology or equivalent
    b. Must be knowledgeable in MS Office suites (Word, Excel etc)
    c. Preferably with 1 year experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
