In 2002, Optimized Customer Solutions Inc. (OCSI) started its operation in Pampanga as an exclusive distributor of Nestle Philippines. After 3 years of superior performance in sales and distribution of Nestle products, Lower Cavite and Upper Laguna was awarded to OCSI. Since then, the areas of coverage further expanded to Quezon, Marinduque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa and Paranaque. In 2007, Nestle Food Services business unit was also awarded to OCSI in the areas that they cover.
