Responsible for enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

Essential Functions

Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.

Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefit programs, directing the processing of benefit claims; conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings.

Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Retains updated and historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system that is easily accessible specially during inspections.

Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.

Advances human resource staff results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Coordinates with accounting on salary level and any changes that may occur.

Tracks absences and tardiness for payroll purposes.

Endorses leave applications to the Administrator (for Admin staff) and Academic Head (for Academic staff) for approval, and tracks the leaves of each employee.

Preparation of documents and contracts of all teaching staff before the start of the SY, such as commitment forms, etc.

Monitors and keeps records of license expiration and renewal schedule of all teaching staff.

Perform other related duties as directed by the Administrator.

Job Specifications

Qualifications : BS in Human Resource Management or any business courses

Experience :At least 2-year work experience as a human resource manager/officer.

Trainings : Labor law; Human Resource management related training.

Skills :Hiring skills; benefits administration; performance management; communication processes; employment law; organization; compensation and wage structure.

: Able to lead subordinates in an effective manner.

:Able to delegate the execution of processes to attain the desired objectives.

:Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge in Office, and google related office tools.

: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Emotional Characteristics : Humble, honest, mature and independent.

: Have a pleasing and inviting personality.

: Have a genuine concern for students’ welfare.

: Ability to learn new skills to further improve AISAT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
