Job Description
> Manage employees requirements, related with government regulations such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN on behalf of the company
> Identify and solves Administrative & HR matters
>Engage and assist the Financial Controller with employees payroll process
> Engage and assist the manager with employees recruitment process
>Oversee disciplinary measures served to employees in violation of company policies and procedures
>Dealing with all government matters & securing annual business permits, Barangay working clearance, City health and Occupational ID for all employees
>Prepare the necessary contracts for the newly hired employee/s
>Conduct background checks on the selected candidate
>Prepare exit clearance and quit claims of the resigned employees
>Process and file all the medical documents (SSS sickness, Maternity, Philhealth claims etc.)
>Update monthly contribution of all employees for the preparation of electronic government payment.
> Monitors and files Personal Action Notice regarding Salary adjustments, promotions, regularization or termination
>Applicant must have good written and oral English communication skills
>Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in online transactions
>minimum of 3 years experience in the same field of work
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
