  • Job Description

    Perform HR functions such as Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Employee Relations, HR compliances and Recruitment:

    -Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: screen applicants and conduct initial interview, schedule pre-employment exam and final interview.

    -Prepare job offer, monitor submission of pre-employment requirements and prepare employment contract.

    -In charge of advertisement for job vacancies and regularly monitor recruitment sites.

    Assist the HR Head in other HR functions

    Provide administrative support to HR Department and Operations Team (as needed).

    Perform other duties assigned by the HR Head.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

    At least 1 year of relevant experience.

    Good verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a working relationship within the organization.

    Proficient in MS Office.
