Offer description

1. Reviewing & collecting of HR reports for different HR areas (recruitment & selection, training & development,
compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations) and endorsed to HR department manager for reference
on generation of programs, policies and activities.
2. Accommodate and reconciliation of employee concerns.
3. Supervising the activities of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits,
Employee & Industrial relations including the Records Management.
4. HR supervisors help other management team members prepare for audits. Human resources confirm that ISO,
lawful and other required documents are completed and properly filed, among other tasks.
5. Reviewing of Timekeeping records including the summary for payroll processing of Finance Department.
6. Design and implement training and development programs for employees. This includes using extensive knowledge
of policies like the mandated statutory benefits.
7. Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications,
conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees. Also, oversee background checks and drug screens while
ensuring compliance with all Philippine and local employment laws.
8. Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Work with HR Manager to administer
employee discipline or corrective action when needed. Also, assess employee engagement and retention, and
actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any challenging areas

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
