  • * Bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or related (essential).

    * 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor (essential)

    * Exposure to Labor law and employment equity regulations.

    * Effective HR administrative and people management skills.

    * Exposure to payroll practices.

    * Full understanding of HR function and best practices.

    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    * Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    * Highly computer literate

    * Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

    * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

    * Meticulous attention to details.

    * Ability to accurately follow instructions.

    * Knowledgeable in mandatory government processes

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Leading Recruitment Activities

    * Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job opening, reviewing and screening application, conduct interview, and on boarding new employees.

    * Manage Employee Relations

    * Address employee conflict and complete investigation as required. Work with management to administer employee disciplinary or corrective action needed. Assess employee engagement and retention, actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.

    * Plan & Hold Training Events

    * Plan and execute Training for employee on company policies & benefits, etc. Coordinate with the Training Officer.

    * Manage Payroll

    * Secure that all employees will receive accurate Salary every cut off. Check attendance record daily for absences, late, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave etc. Correct computation of Employees deductions and additional pay such as holidays, overtime, rest day work, etc. Submit report to accounting.

    * Mandated Government Processes

    * Manages & processes company contribution reports, assist employees concern related to government contributions, loans and other needs

    Others:

    * Support all internal & external HR related inquiries or requests.

    * Maintain digital and electronic records of employees

    * Serve as point of contract with benefit vendor and administrations

    * Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

    * Maintain calendar of the HR management team

    * Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documents

    * Assist with performance management procedure

    * Schedule meetings, interview, HR events and maintain agendas.

    * Coordinates training sessions and seminars.

    * Perform orientations and updates record of new staff.

    * Produce and submit report on general HR activity.

    * Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

    * Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

    * Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
