  • Job Description

    • Updates HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

    • Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

    • Prepares paperwork for HR policies and procedures

    • Processes employees’ requests and provide relevant information

    • Coordinates HR projects, meetings and training seminars

    • Does sourcing and recruitment to fill up lacking personnel

    • Manages the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly

    • Prepares reports and presentations for internal communications

    • Provides orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

    • Performs other related assignments that may be assigned from time to time


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Can work with a team

    • Knowledgeable using MS Office application and/or HR software like HRIS, etc.

    • With proven work experience as HR Administrative is an advantage

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    • Willing to be assigned in SM City Cubao
