  • 1. Management of Technical Support Team.

    2. Reporting of all KPI, SLA and Operational Requirement on Daily, weekly and monthly basis.

    3. Pro Active Approach for all IM SERVICE REQUIREMENTS.

    4. Ensure that Technical Team are achieving their defined SLA/KPI and other assigned operational


    5. Alignment with IM Management and Strategize the approach to achieve IM SVC KPI/SLA/ Operational Requirements.

    6. Submit Daily Attendance Sheet for IM Technical Team

    7. Planning of Support and Technical Team's Field Work.

    8. Ensure that IM Technical Team are capable and equipped with tools and equipment

    9. Database Management

    10. DASHBOARD Creation and management for all KPI's.

    11. Performance Management

    12. Optimization of Schedule and Activities for Technical Team.

    13. Ensure UP SKILL Training for all staff and ASCs Technician/Engineers.

    14. Proper Time Keeping and Over time and On call scheduling.

    15. Report to IM SV OPS Part leader on Daily basis for alignment.

    16. Monthly Preparation of Performance Report Prior to submission of Monthly Invoice

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Reports, Technology
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
