Description
Responsible for handling overall service center operations

Supervise technicians in handling repairs of defective units, dispatch scheduling, coordination with call center and spare parts team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer/ Electronic Technician and other related courses.

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in servicing electrical appliances and electronic products, brown lines & white lines appliances.

• Has a tolerance when dealing with end users/dealers is an advantage
