Job Description

• Prepare shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Container Guarantee, and other related documents;

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to all clients;

• Send E-manifests for Air and Sea Cargoes;

• Send arrival and pre-alert notices to clients;

• Coordinate with Shipping Lines and Forwarders with regards to billings, charges, and other related matters.

Requirements

Graduate of any four year course

• 1 to 2 yrs. experience on related operations

• Knowledgeable in MS EXCEL, MS WORD and Power Point

• Good communication skills both oral and written; has good

presentation techniques / skills;

• Knowledgeable in Industrial Zones rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
