  • Job Description

    prepare purchase orders upon receipt of purchase request.

    Forward to authorized signatories.

    Prepare check request and forward to authorized signatories prior to submission to Accounting Dept.

    Check courier and forwarder billing invoices and forward to accounting dept.

    Provide copies of invoice and packing list of all incoming shipment to Warehouse And Accounting Dept.

    Prepares waybill and documents for local and international shipments.

    Booking and monitoring of store pull-out and delivery/stock request advice.

    Witness in opening of container, counting of damaged cartons, and counting of lacking goods together with forwarder and warehouse representative.

    Tally number of actual for other companies consolidated shipments.

    Prepare variance/damage report for charging purposes.

    To keep track of the shipped items to provincial stores. Updates and submit weekly report. Report immediately for any delayed shipment to all concerned stores/ASM.

    Keep files of all incoming and outgoing documents for easy access and reference.

    To maintain master file of Purchase orders.

    Perform other task as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/division head.

    Job Qualification

    Graduate of any four year course.

    W/ 1 year clerical work

    computer literate

    good in oral and written communication

    analytical skills
