• Responsibilities:

    • Import chilled and frozen dairy products and wide range of grocery items from Europe

    • Communicate with suppliers, arrange transportation, and deal with custom brokers and daily reporting towards management.

    • Oversee all importation activities including FDA/CPR applications for new items and existing FDA registration renewal.

    • Prepares cost calculations based on existing calculations sheets.


    • Candidate must possess at least BS in Custom Administration or equivalent

    • At least two (2) year/s experience in Import and documentation procedures for frozen products and grocery items.

    • Knowledgeable in FDA processing and Customs rules and regulations is an advantage

    • Well versed both in verbal and written communication.

    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Knowledge: Communication and persuasion
