  • I. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

     Responsible, accountable and authorized to receive, assess and coordinate with concerned department/ personnel the complaint highlighted by internal or external customer and/or any legal institutions.

     Summarize the incident report and provide ticket number or tracking number to internal/external customer and/or legal institutions.

     Provide 24hrs status (working days) response thru concerned complainant.

     Update the Complaint Management Logsheet on a timely manner.

     Report to QUC Supevisor/ Specialist and/or Manager the updates and status of the highlighted complaint with graphical presentation and analysis.

     Performing clerical functions to meet the demands in maintaining the documentation system and records control in accordance with the internal procedures and standards. Supports and assists his/her immediate superior in all Quality Compliance Department activities and Quality Management System activities.

     To give the quality of documentation tasks which includes registration, retrieval, RDCF preparation, archiving process and records control. Providing regular reports with his/her immediate head for the status of activities and documentations.

     Assist Quality Compliance Officer to act as Registration and Archiving Controller in accordance with the Document/ Documented Information Control Procedure and Control of Records Procedure. Through controlling both internal and external documented information.

    a. Registration, b. Scanning and saving the files, c. Documents issuance and retrieval, d. updating all logsheet, e. filing, f. routing, g. encoding, h. follow the archiving process,

     Cooperates to achieve the Departmental Objectives/ KPIs.

    II. Additional Responsibilities:

     Conduct audits [Internal Audit, Store Audit and Mystery Diner Program]

     Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR)

     Request for budget to be used on field tasks and liquidate to be passed to Finance and Administration

     Generate consolidated report including graphical presentation, analysis and improvement on a monthly basis to be reported to his/ her immediate head and to the Top Management.

     Provide summary or inputs to be used on the Management Review.

     Issue Non-Conformity Report (NCR) in the absence of Quality Assurance and/or QUC Manager.

     Conduct follow-ups of actions, verification of effectiveness and gather objective evidences

     Participates and attend the meeting initiated and facilitated by Quality Compliance Department and related meetings of Quality Management System (QMS).

     Prepare Meeting Attendance and Minutes relevant to Quality Compliance Department and QMS Activities.

     Performs tasks, activities assigned by his/her immediate superior that is related to Quality Compliance Department functions and Quality Management System compliance.
