  • Indoor Sales Agent - Responsible for contacting customers and providing them quality and efficient sales presentations while ensuring a positive customer experience. The JD is already attached to this email.

    Main Qualifications:

    Excellent English communication skills is required.

    Excellent to above average negotiation skills

    Atleast 1-year solid experience handling US voice account. Handling US account with upselling or sales an advantage.

    Experience in outbound calls an advantage

    Has strong work ethic and able to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment

    Salary Range: 21,000.00 – 25,000.00 (26-30K expected salary for those that have more than 3 years solid experience handling US sales account)

    The Indoor Sales Agent is responsible for contacting customers and providing them quality and efficient sales presentations while ensuring a positive customer experience.

    He/She must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and is expected to proactively educate customers on products and services.

    Highly motivated, a self-starter who is professional, positive and not afraid of challenging work. Able to multi-task and provide solutions to customer concerns, appropriately replying to queries, offering advice and recommendations useful in avoiding similar issues.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    § Perform outbound calls to customers as part of the pricing process

    § Follow up to close new accounts

    § Understand client needs and offer solutions and support

    § Communicate via e-mail to both customer and Sales Department

    § Presenting and delivering questions as well as follow up call inquiries

    § Document customer interactions and account resolutions

    § Create and submit required reports

    § Attend regular meetings/conference calls as required by Sales Manager

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Functional Competencies

    § Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

    § Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges

    § Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately

    § Organized, process-driven and with a great level of attention to detail

    § Ability to handle multiple tasks

    § Team player

    § Willing to go beyond the call of duty

    § Ability to liaise with any company personnel regardless of designation or role locally or overseas

    § Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    § Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment

    Education & Work Background

    § B.S. / B.A or a 4-year college degree holder

    § With prior sales experience a plus

    § Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.

    § Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and Outlook

    § Strong interpersonal relationship skills

    § Excellent in both written and spoken English language

    § Basic to advance working knowledge of computer systems

    § Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
