A. Production
- Supervise and monitor the production area and ensure to meet required production output
- Review production process and recommend systems improvement
- Handles documentation of processes beginning with raw materials until completion of project
- Must familiarize with manufacturing machines and processes
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity and related activities
- Ensure that production targets are meet by initiating meetings with other concerned sections, monitoring quality improvement activities and providing quality information
- Formulate monthly production plan that will promote high productivity and maintain good quality product
- Provides manpower allocation for each process optimum utilization and request for additional as per production requirement
- Provides timely accurate reports on production, packing and shipping within company’s quality standard
- Maintain all daily reports pertaining to raw materials and production (bulk and finished goods)


B. Quality Management
- Ensure that company quality policy and procedures are implemented and developed within each department
- Assures project output quality by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and regulations


C. Administration
- Monitor productivity of production team and evaluate and coach as needed
- Evaluates and monitors subordinate’s competency and skill level and recommends training or promotion whenever necessary
- Performs other administrative tasks or duties of a similar nature or level, as assigned by superior


D. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in industrial engineering / production planning / process improvement in manufacturing setting is required
- Must be willing to work in Concepcion, Tarlac
- Knowledge in work specification and process improvement is a plus
- Experience in logistics and export industry is an advantage
- Must be detail-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated
- Has good work ethics, strong sense of morals, and has a positive attitude

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
