Industrial Engineering graduate
With or without experience


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct assessment of production processes, tools, jigs and equipment used in production to determine if they can operate more efficiently. Introduces/recommends changes to work methods, safety measures and workplace layout.

* Prepares time and motion analysis and project study for increase production productivity, cost analysis and bill of materials.

* Coordinates with Production Manager/Supervisor/ Line Leaders for productivity improvement projects.

*Checks and validates existing effectiveness of time and motion. Conduct re-study due to findings’ not effective.

* Conducts research and benchmarking of line balancing of related products and processes.

* Engage direct report in problem solving to address customer concerns.
