Offer description

-Assist in consultancy projects, documentations, trainings and other activities of the organization in coordination with the Principal Consultant and Consultant/s;

> Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization and its operation;

> Conduct analysis;

> Interview and communicate with Client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;

> Run focus groups and facilitating workshops;

> Prepare business presentations;

> Conduct site visits as needed;

> Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;

> Present findings and recommendations to Clients;

> Facilitate implementation of recommendations/solutions and ensure Client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;

> Assist in managing projects and programs;

-Assist in liaising with the Client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

-Prepare and submit identified and required reports as scheduled

-Deliver Project Deliverables in coordination with Client’s process owners on time.

-Adhere to Project Master Schedules and project deliverables requirements.

• Knowledge: Project management
