  • Amidst of the challenges we are facing, We would like to continue our passion to reach out for everyone who are still in need of career opportunity.We are currently looking for Infrastructure Technical Project Manager for Data Center Decommissioning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    o Technical PM to manage the overall Data Center Decommission project

    o Technical PM to also manage the end to end Wave Decom (Soft and Hard Decom)

    o With project work experiences pertaining to Data Center. With knowledge / experience on various Data Center Devices, Appliances and Components (Servers, Storage, Netowk Devices, Infosec Appliances)

    o Plans and Schedule Decom activities

    o Ensure pre and post Decom task are complete

    o Collaborate with DevOps, ITOps and Decom POCs

    o Create and present status reports/Decks (Tracking & Monitoring)

    o Review Decom implementation plan

    o Owns/Manages the Tracker/Inventory

    o Send communication effectively

    o Initiates and manage the decom implementation window

    o Work with the over-all PM and Stakeholder in coming up with Plans and strategy

    o Host meetings with technical SMEs and Senior leadership to gather the needed Decom information and action items

    o Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and create and monitor project plans and create a detailed project plan.

    o Get stakeholder approval and commitment for project plan and resources to achieve project goals.

    o Identify, analyze and prioritize project risks and impact of risks on the project.

    o Develop a communications plan to update stakeholders of the progress and approval process.

    o Direct and Manage project execution.

    o Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications.

    o Knowledge of formal methodologies for planning and executing application development, enhancement or support.

    o Revise Project Plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

    o Manage stakeholder communication and approvals.

    o Monitor and control change requests and determine feasibility of change requests and downstream impact. Manage approval process for change requests.

    o Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.

    o Manage and present reports to stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    o 4 year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.

    o 5+ years of Project Management experience, with an Application Development or Technical Project Management background.

    o Project Management Institutes’ (PMI) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus; MBA a plus

    o Strong skills in project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment.

    o Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools (e.g. MS Project, Visio, Agile, SDLC etc.) with a strong knowledge of Project Management Disciplines.

    o Experience in handling the decommission of application is a must.

    o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    o Strong expectation management, influencing and conflict resolution skills.

    o Strong ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization.

    o Strong ability to motivate teams and coach and train business system analysts and lower level project managers.

    o Advanced knowledge of process evaluation and selection of products, tools, services and infrastructure components in line with an organization’s business needs and architectural principles.

    o With technical background. Knowledgeable with Infrastructure Data Center terminologies is a must.

    o Strong Microsoft excel skills for data manipulation and report generation.

    o Strong presentation skills.
