Offer description

• Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project subject to the review and

approval of the Installation Manager and the Assistant Installation Manager respectively

• Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding the exact date of arrival of equipment at the job-site

• Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization in coordination with the

immediate superior

• Checks site condition of the projects assigned to him for all the necessary coordination of Elevator/Escalator requirements prior to the installation

work

• Coordinates with General Contractor's representative for any problem at the job-site

• Reports immediately to superior any problem encountered at the job-site and all job-site accidents in connection with the installation work

• Checks every phase of the installation work seeing to it that technical specifications and guidelines are complied with

• Prepares and submits reports required such as Weekly Progress Report, Job-Site Daily Inspection Report, and others

• Implements control and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment used at the job-site

• Assists superior in the collection of accounts due on installation work assigned to him and in acceptance of turn-over to the owner

• Trains and develops his men in the efficient performance of their jobs and for their personal growth

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed

• Must have at least 3 years in Elevator/Escalator installation

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization

• Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors

• Capable of teaching and training people
