  • This is for our american client in a construction industry. We are in need of administrative support to work with the insurance group to run reports, review construction related insurance certifications, handle information requests and perform a variety of clerical functions.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Relevant work experience

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

    • Familiar with basic construction insurance principles and practices

    • Software knowledge of the following is a plus: DocuSign, AIA Software, BlueBeam , Box

    • Willingness to work on a night shift

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate data entry

    • Create, review, compile and issue various insurance related reports

    • Prepare documents for management approval

    • Insurance compliance tracking and updating

    • Assist project team with insurance issues

    • Create and issue insurance internal reports

    • Perform routine audits

    Work Scheule: 11pm to 8am | Tuesday to Saturday

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
