1. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts-customer calls, review accounts adjustment, resolve client discrepancies etc.

    2. Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate collection process.

    3. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.

    4. Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts by telephone and email.

    5. Generate monthly reports on the status of accounts in general.

    6. Drafts formal demand letters as well as correspondence to other parties.

    7. Investigate and analyze information gathered in all company vehicular accidents and ascertain the extent of liability/claim on behalf of the company.

    8. Prepare reports/evidence to support company insurance claims.

    9. Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims and recommend course of action when settlement cannot be negotiated.

    10. Perform all other functions that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.


    1. Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course, preferably business or accounting.

    2. At least two (2) years’ experience in a related field.

    3. Knowledgeable in processing insurance claims.

    4. Has strong negotiating and customer service skills.

    5. Able to multi-task, can work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

    6. Can work minimum supervision.
