  • Description

  • · Provides support to the brokers by processing new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsements for a variety of business.

    · Assist with claims as required.

    · Liaise with Brokers and Insurers/Underwriters in respect clients covers through emails and phone calls.

    · Files all correspondence to organize it for compliance.

    · Meet high standards of service and achieve compliance requirements set internally and by our licensee holder

    · Draft and prepare quotations.

    · Request and forward certificate of currency to clients.

    · Check debtors list and send payment reminders to clients.

    · Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the client.
