  • *** IMPORTANT NOTE: This role does not require knowledge in programming or coding. We use an automation tool with a drag-and drop interface for integrating software applications.

    To manage the technical workflows of our Integration Services Program in order to connect various applications and platforms, as requested by customers.


    • Accomplish and manage incoming customer requests for integration services of their software applications.

    • Use to create workflow logics to fit the specific needs or requirements of customers. (No coding knowledge is required to use our automation tool for integrating software applications.)

    • Complete all requests accurately and efficiently.

    • Work directly with our Account Services team.

    • Fulfill other related tasks that may be assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other course related to software development.

    • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role within the BPO industry.

    • Possess excellent writing and good speaking skills in English.

    • Experience in creating workflows using an integration automation service such as Zapier or is highly preferred.

    • Strong formula writing and technical logic skills.

    • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

    • Tech savvy; ability to learn new applications and work with multiple technology platforms for communication and necessary job functions.

    • Strong focus and high attention to detail.

    • Willing to work on night shift.
