Description
Responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates the architectural and Interior Design plans sent by client.
Prepares Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials based on the plans provided by the client for Archi and ID works.
Prepares 2D design and 3D rendered design models using AutoCAD and Sketchup for the Archi and ID plans sent by the client or based on client's preferences.
Daily communication, verbal/written, with the client to provide progress and updates with the on-going projects.
Prepares specbooks.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or having solid Interior Design background
Must be proficient in 2D drafting and detailing using the Autocad tool.
Must be proficient in 3D perspective rendering using any of the following tools: Sketchup with Vray, 3S Studio Maxx with Vray and the like
Must be quick to understand and execute dimensions in Imperial Unit system
Must be detail-oriented and keen at identifying materials and finishes from an international-based market
Must be familiar with or has experienced creating Specbooks for Interior Projects
Must be willing to do other skills from other account projects and learn other softwares as well.
Must be creative and executes with less supervision.
Must be flexible and willing ot be trained as well
Amenable to work from home with PC/Laptop and stable wired internet connection
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- Years of experience: 1
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: AutoCAD
- Availability for travel: No
- Availability for change of residence: No
