  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
    Records purchases, maintain database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
    Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
    Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies.
    Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
    Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
    Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    College graduate of Accounting or Business management
    With at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    Knowledge of supplies. Equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control using POS software.
    Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
    Database management skills (Experience with MS Office and POS data programs)
    Ability to analyze and solve problems
    Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
    Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
    Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience:
    retail: 1 year (Preferred)
    Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
