Job Description

- Reviewing Investor KYC materials to ensure the information provided meets requirements.

- Ensures that all workflow coverage areas are staffed

- Ensures Quality Control systems are staffed and operating effectively and KPIs are met.

- Delivers feedback on systems improvement and software improvement

- Receives feedback from client and delivers to team and addresses any performance issues on the team

- Rotates associates through workflows so that they maintain interest based on their abilities and interest

Qualifications And Requirements:

- Experience in financial operations, administration, accounting or legal operations.

- High degree of attention to detail and reliability.

- Working understanding of core financial concepts, ideally in the investment space.

- Demonstrates judgment to consistent flags issues or exception cases and asks for help: does not default to ignoring or trying to force into an existing process.
