    Job Title: Service Center Supervisor

    Work Location: (Click "apply now to" see address)

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 am to 7 pm

    Employment Term: Probationary Contract (6 months seubject for regularization)

    Qualifications:

    Must a graduate of any IT-related courses;

    With at least 1 year experience as an IT professional in a Senior/Supervisory role;

    At least 2 years experience in the IT field;

    Proven track record in customer service, effective marketing strategies, and employee management;

    Strong knowledge of IT products;

    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center.

    Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.

    Direct the daily operations of the Service Center branch.

    Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the branch.

    Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.

    Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution.

    Submit monthly reports.
